Suzie Sharpe

Suzie Sharpe is the founder and managing partner of Key Change Training and is the creator of the dynamic “Maximum Focus” and “Winner’s Secret” motivational change training and coaching programmes.

A highly experienced training consultant and coach, Suzie has dedicated the past twenty years to developing—and proving—a range of innovative personal development programmes designed to address people development, interpersonal skills and creative communication needs across a broad base of public and commercial environments.

During the last eighteen years Suzie has overseen change management for both government contracts and private organisations. She is also an independent life-change coach and designer of a series of bespoke training and motivational coaching programmes to the commercial sector right across the UK.

Shortly after moving to the North West, Suzie became involved with Business in Prison, a consortium running training programmes to help inmates in seven prisons in the North West to become self employed and to set up their own businesses upon release. Coaching and the Maximum Focus motivational change programme were then introduced into government and public service sector organisations across the North West, including Liverpool Prison, Manchester Regeneration, Partnership 2000, Connexions, and the POA.

1998 saw the corporate launch of Maximum Focus motivational change and coaching programmes, working with a wide client-base including Masterlease UK, Graduate Prospects, Volkswagon Financial Services, DARA Electronics, SportingBet, The Rank Organisation, Boylesports, adidas, General Motors-Financial, Emerson Process management, ,and the University of Woverhampton Business School. Suzie also works with a number of other consultancies across the UK, such as Occupational Psychology Solutions, HR Profiles and DNA Global.
